Hip-Hop has historically been regarded as a minority (Black) dominated art form, with expressions of talent coming from Inner City youth all over the country. A large portion of the listening area is indeed of African decent. Eminem has made comments that are both offensive and racially charged. The comments made are of such a caliber I would expect Hot 97fm NY and all other Urban Stations to cease in playin any further Eminem songs. For if Eminem can not respect those who founded this music he has no right to be embraced by this community. Furthermore not taking action against Eminem will prove to your listeners that Urban Radio does have favorites and that money not Hip-Hop and its community is the true goal of these stations and its parents Emmis Communications, Radio-One, and who ever else.
