The Bajrang Dal is a fanatic Hindu group which has done much damage to the secular fabric of the nation. Today one can be ashamed of being a Hindu because of their acts! We must act tough on these goons as we do with every other disruptive organisation. They have no right to tell us whether we are Hindu or not. We are a secular nation and any notion of a feeling otherwise should be dealt with immediately. They falsely have been creating an atmosphere of mistrust among Hindus towards other organisations. In a volatile country like ours, these can be most damaging. The Dal does not even have basic respect for the secular fabric of this country. If they are let loose as they are today they would hamper India's stature as a multi cultural society. The way to tackle issue like conversion is not attack innocent Christians and minorities. If they feel aggrieved by such conversions should channelise their energies to educate us of our great Hindu culture, which has a vibrant nature. They can open schools like missionaries for poor, and give medical attention like others do. We Hindus are known to accommodate every religion on our soil. When the whole world persecuted Jews, they were safest in India. The Syrian Orthodox church is among the oldest disciplines of Christianity. They should be told their place, much sooner than later. We are not a violent class of people and we cannot let these people hijack our lives. The Law has to be applied equally to all religions. This is why I request the Indian government to take affirmative action against the Bajrang Dal and Ban then with immediate effect!
