Ban the sale of fireworks until beginning of November

There's no need for fireworks weeks and weeks going off before bonfire night

Fireworks should be banned altogether only used at displays.The big chains of supermarkets should be ashamed they are making money out of something that was a act treason .

I absolutely agree to any banning of fire works. My dogs are terrified, they shake as pant uncontrollably. I dread this time of the year.

This time of the year is a nightmare for many animals. My dog is terrified by the noises the fireworks make and trying to soothe her is impossible. It's about time fireworks were made available to be used in displays and not sold to the general public.

Fireworks should be banned completely apart from for public displays. Too much anti-social behaviour now to be selling these its crazy.

Professional displays only. Teenagers are using them to frighten people. Too many people are injured using them! Safety should come first

I think fire works should only be sold in November and not in October I think they should only be sold as well on new year only because animals are really scared x

Last year whilst walking my Springer Spaniel, some illigitimate threw a firework at us from out of a car window. It exploded over my shoulder. Now I have a dog who is terrified of fireworks. My MP asked a minister about banning firework sales, but the request was refused. Good Luck with this petition.

I agree totally for the sake of pets, elderly, kids and others who suffer prior to the event including those who have accidents not using them correctly.
