Silicone jewelry can be EXTREMELY hazardous: - They can thin out your earlobes - Cause hearing problems - Cause necrosis - Can fuse to your flesh, resulting in having to be cut out (Ouch!) Maybe if we can all agree to ban them, we can save some ears! Save a lobe, ban silicone jewelry.

My friend had to get surgery because one of these literally fused into her skin. It was so gross and painful. Never again.
