everyday i have to deal with this.they take up both lanes and travel at 30km.they cut off vehicles and ive even seen a dump truck jump the curb almost squishing a small car.this has to b stoppped before more people are injured or killed.
Translink should look at keeping the existing Pattullo Bridge and dedicating its use for car and cyclist use only. A new bridge should be constructed to the Braid industrial area to feed into the existing road structure joining Brunett and United Boulevard
The situation is indeed dangerous, and worsening by the day. I have been taking the Pattullo for over a year now, and the amount of dangerous conduct by the trucks, AND the drivers they anger, is definitely the most I have seen. I favour an alternate crossing for the commercial vehicles into the industrial area.

I have been travelling the Pattullo for four years and it is at it's worst. Having spent an hour and a half stuck on it yesterday because of a stalled semi and a semi that tried to get by it with out success blocked both south bound lanes, needless to say it was beyond frustrating. In the morning travelling across the bridge they are nothing but a hazard, every fifth vehicle is a semi. At the very least the hours the trucks can cross the bridge should be limited to outside rush hour hours. I would love to see the goal met on the signatures for this petition.
