Plastic bags pose a major threat to our local environment with litter all around highways, roads, forests, and rivers. If we get rid of plastic bags our ecosystem will be much more healthier and our town overall will be more clean.

Plastic bags for takeout are derived from crude oil and cannot be recycled infinitely. A single bag can only be recycled a couple times before it must be discarded since its not valuable anymore. Plastic bags are a huge waste of money and management and pose health risks from their contamination of the food system, ban plastic!!!
