Stop these criminals for good and instead of just giving them a small fine, which is a mere slap on the wrist for the $$$ billions they involved with, throw them in jail & force them to pay back Triple the amount due to there manipulation. If a person is caught for stealing bread he/she is jailed BUT the criminal bankers etc are left alone to carry on there criminal behavior. Where is the justice????. THIS NEEDS TO END
