Trading bank, manipulative of fundamental drivers down to ludicrous prices whilst metals being undeliverable. Has to be questioned if people are selling but nothing is available.

Raised this with my MP in 2013 who contacted FCA to be advised that UK had no jurisdiction in US matters so nothing could be done.
