Homophobia - An extreme and irrational aversion to homosexuality and homosexual people.(Oxford Dictionary)

Homophobia encompasses a range of negative attitudes and feelings toward homosexuality or people who are identified or perceived as being lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or any other sexuality other than Heterosexuality (LGBT+). It can be expressed as antipathy, contempt, prejudice, aversion, or hatred, may be based on irrational fear, and is sometimes related to religious beliefs. (Wikipedia - Homophobia)

This Petition is for the banning of all Homophobic slurs, actions or commentary that occur on CS for many good reasons.

1. It creates a highly unsafe environment for many Children on CS, especially when it can be seen by any child of any age.
2. It generates furious debates on the website that ends up hurting people.
3. It is a form of bully and harassment against the LGBTQ+ community, bullying and harassment being something that CS doesn't tolerate.
4. The topic itself is often a topic that affects many people due to their own experiences, and normally do not wish to deal with.

To rid us of homophobia on CS, please sign the petition! It helps to minimize the amount of homophobic bullying and in addition, makes CS a safer place for children as well!
