This is not a suitable development for the area and will have significant negative consequences.

Please do not allow Bunnings to be built in Rozelle. It is completely out of context with the village atmosphere and the new Bays Precinct.
Traffic is already built up to access Victoria Road from Mullens St and this will be a further bottleneck
Parking is already full in the surrounding streets and this will bring a huge amount of traffic around Rozelle's small family friendly streets
We have other hardware stores in Rozelle and do not need Bunnings

Definitely against a Bunnings development in this area.

This development application is totally unsuitable for our residential suburb, zoned light commercial. It will make the already overburdened traffic worse.

This is just greed gone mad. One at Gladesville and one at Ashfield. This is not the area for giant Bunnings Stores. I for one will stop patronising them altogether if this goes ahead.

Bunnings is not needed in Balmain!
Lets committee to keeping the village close knit community alive.
There are already 2 stores within a 10 minute radius from this area already.

We already have access to nearby Bunnings stores. This one isn't needed and would just add to traffic chaos

Keep Balmain for the residents and the small businesses that are struggling. We have hardware stores

No Bunnings please! The Ashfield store is only a ten minute drive away for those desperate to save five dollars. We already have 2 fantastic local stores in Balmain that have everything we need. That stretch of road and surrounding streets are already clogged with traffic and parking. It is just unnecessary.

The area is already services by a few long standing small business hardware stores. Bringing in big corporates to kill small business is wrong and not needed.

I already have my needs fulfilled either at the hardware store (great local shop) or the local bunnings on Parramatta road

Bunnings is going to create additional traffic on roads that can't already cope. Parking provision is also insufficient if he 74 spaces need to also accommodate staff. This will impact street parking for local residents.

1. There is already a Bunnings in Ashfield, which already causes traffic chaos every weekend. Balmain/Rozelle/Lilyfield have our daily traffic chaos without a Bunnings, which needs to resolved first. 2. This development should work in with the White Bay redevelopment - a Bunnings would be an eyesore on expensive real estate close to the city and harbour.

Great store but bad planning and location for this one. Give the locals a chance.
