I believe it is important to begin opening the pools especially as summer is beginning. Children need a healthy creative place to enjoy summer without boredom or mischief.

Please open Baltimore City pools soon for exercise in chlorinated water at reduced capacity. Swimming reduces my lower back pain. In 15 years, 3 months is the longest I have not been in the pool!!!

I believe it’s vital to reopen pools The chemicals in the chlorine is enough to kill off any of this virus COVID-19 and typically if people are cautious and protect themselves also will help the economy with pool memberships private or community

Children need to play. Pool water already disinfects.

I believe that pools can open safely at least for lap swimming! (Every other lane should work.) We need this. Please!!

I believe opening pools at reduced capacity would be extremely helpful for families with young children, especially in Baltimore City.

This is a clear violation of our rights as citizens. Please open all pools and gyms immediately.

City pools should open to at least 50% capacity.

Before a possible second wave in the fall, we need to get out and enjoy what we love. Is it safe? I can’t imagine it’s any more dangerous than getting your haircut. We have to take beginning steps to find out. 25%, then 50% in 2 weeks. Let’s get started before summer is over and we are cooped up back in our houses!
