Baltimore residents should be able to excerise and enjoy a very low risk family summer activity. The decision to delay this is likely much more political then about the health and safety of residents. Baltimore city should align with the state and open pools immediately!

private clubs shouldn't have to adhere to restrictions since membership is limited anyway...give us the authority to self regulate.
