I need to swim. Water exercise is a must for my condition.
Pools are open now in towns which had much more cases of contamination. It is just so unfair. We need to move. Just have us sign a contract which stipulate that we swim at our own risk.

My understanding: Corona virus cannot transfer/live in clorine or in sunlight. Soooo, why can't we swim laps, even if we had to make a reservation to control flow of swimmers?

The large, open configuration of Meadowbrook's pool is an excellent candidate for reopening under Governor Hogan's 50% standard. Footdragging on a decision to reopen is a disservice to north Baltimore neighborhoods.

I have been visiting Meadowbrook since the late 1950's.
Can't wait to return this summer.

I agree, it's been too long and with mindful precautions, there should be no issue opening Baltimore City pools.

Surrounding counties have safely re-opened pools and city residents are closing those vs staying loyal to city pools. Please open our pools!

The size of this facility does give opportunity for distancing as well as insuring to continuation of a Baltimore institution.

Please reconsider opening city pools as this is a vital recreational outlet for our citizens. If city members are forced to choice county pools this will negatively affect city businesses in loss of revenue and jobs, and also further increase city citizens exposure to others. Thank you for your very important help in this matter.

Swimming is safe and essential especially in the heat of summer. Without it, violence will increase.

It is so important for the health of young and old people to get back into shape after hibernating this spring. Please open the pools across Baltimore City so we don't spend another day denying our muscles an opportunity to regain strength and endurance. Thank you for your attention!
