Please consider this. Also consider that route 50 will become a main road to the Schenectady casino from the north. More traffic. This is all too much.

If Walmart is set on putting up yet another store put it in Malta on RTE 9. Downtown Ballston Spa can not handle the traffic. I also feel that it would hurt the small businesses. Plus, we all know that Walmart sells guns---across from a school---REALLY???? I dont think we want that.

Walmart will destroy our locally owned small businesses that have been provided services to this community for generations.

This town was not made for a big business.

PLEASE, if Ballston Spa HAS to get a Walmart, put it right at Exit 12.That way people AND their NUMEROUS trucks can access it from the Northway...Do NOT increase our traffic- it is already too congested!

We MUST keep big box stores out of Ballston Spa.

Please make this stop. Traffic is bad enough as is. There are better places a walmart could be than here. I do not want this in my kid's schools back yard. It's not fair that the town of ballston can decide the fate of us village residents, it's not in most of their backyards or beautiful farm land. Please do not kill the great progress our village has made!

Not only do I not want big box over-development, I'd prefer NO big box development at all in Ballston; there's really no reason for Wal-Mart and others of their ilk to encroach on every single locality in the state. I'd prefer our community to remain a safe, small-town environment, the likes of which are becoming rarer all the time. Once the boxes come in in the name of "progress", there's no going back again.

Any decision that affects tens of thousands of people and concerns tens of millions of dollars needs to be fully vetted.

Please honor your promise to serve the many community members, not just one wealthy family that has some property that they want to exploit no matter how it impacts our lovely small town.

I definitely think this proposed development will spoil the character of this small village. Please vote for a PosDec now!

We live on Rt 67 1/2 mile from proposed Walmart. Traffic is horrendous already.

As a prior resident of Ballston Spa I strongly feel that WalMart does not belong in this historic town.
