The traffic situation is already severe. It is daily backed up on Ballston Ave from West High St to south of the cemetery . Our infrastructure will not support this proposal by Walmart.

Traffic and the pollution it causes are of great concern, especially during the school year.

We are firmly against Walmart in the town or village of Ballston Spa. We demand that a positive declaration needs to be issued by the BSPB.

Walmart is not a good fit for our community. We do not need another big box store, especially in this area.

These big box stores will slowly degrade the small businesses in the community and drain capital back to corporate head quarters and away from other local businesses.

I do not necessarily oppose the introduction of a store into our area as it may even be convenient to many residents of the area. I'm signing this purely for the purpose of anti-capitalism and to spread the awareness against it and its evils. The Walmart family is the richest in the world and is a significant reason why millions live without adequate sources of food on a daily basis.

More than enough opportunities to shop at WalMart in our area. The location is not conducive to a business of this magnitude. It belongs closer to Burnt Hills where there is not a thriving commercial district already established.

WalMart is not needed nor wanted. Is inhibits small business growth will not help with local jobs as they will bring their people from other locations. Scotia store is 11.9 miles away 20 minute drive. Clifton park store is 13.6 miles away and 18 minute drive. Wilton store is 11.4 miles away and 17 minute drive. Amsterdam store is 20.7 miles away and 28 minute drive. Why do we need so many so close together? They bring large littered parking lots, high traffic, low wages. Most areas you will find Lows next door.

It is impossible to think that there wouldn't be major impacts on the local community from this big box. This type of development does not belong in our village.

The increase in traffic in that area would be horrible for the whole surrounding area.

This store would greatly disrupt the town of Ballston Spa and we would be unable to deal with the volume of traffic that this store would bring in addition to the detraction from our local stores.
