Please don't allow Walmart to show up here. Keep it a small town. We have 2 Walmarts less than 10 Miles away. This will CRUSH the local economy here which is what makes B Spa a great community to live in.

A WalMart will destroy the small businesses I now frequent in your downtown area. Ballots Spa is the tourist attraction that it is because of your small businesses along the Main Street.

Please dont let the town i grew up in, and am currently raising my own family in, be ruined. It had taken years for this town to become the beautiful gem it is and all that can be undone with one decision.

This plan is NOT a welcome addition to our town! It will damage us as a community. We do NOT need it, we do NOT want it. There are Walmarts within 10 minutes in every direction from Ballston Spa. They are NOT WELCOME in our village! Take a sand against these rich corporate monsters, selling our country into poverty!

8 to 10 years you will see I was not wrong. Please stop this because once you allow this store others will come and there will be no stopping others. You will change this area forever.

The town residents have spoken clearly and loudly. The Town Board must now have the courage to do what is right. This development is inappropriate for the location and will be detrimental to the Town of Ballston in the long run. A Positive Declaration is the only reasonable course of action.

We have 3 Walmart stores within 15 miles of Ballston Spa . We do not need any more . This will cause a Traffic Nightmare !!! Just say " No " to Walmart !!! This Walmart also has a high probability of destroying Downtown Ballston Spa . If I liked Urban Sprawl , I would have stayed in Clifton Park !!! " Positive Declaration - Yes " !!! Thank You for listening to your local citizens and tax payers .
