MOB shows nothing but contempt and disdain for home and business owners. He squanders tax revenues and seems to be trying his hardest to keep Seattle dirty and grubby. He is an embarrassment.

Ballard is no longer safe and it is not simply a homeless issue. It is a drug use, mental health and criminal element. They are largely menacing and threatening. This is a much larger issue than employment and affordable housing.

Want to support the recall of O'Brian - I do not use 'Facebook' or 'Twitter'. Email me how I can support 75 year old born in Seattle.

Mike O'Brien supports rights for the homeless at the cost of rights for the non-homeless.

He seems to care about the homeless, but is not sensible, and disregards what the local residents/voters have to say.

His lack of consideration for the segment of Seattle citizenry that are suffering due to his ignorance or denial of what the majority of the homeless population is doing to our property, safety and health and well-being is shameful! He's got to go!

Mike O'Brian needs to go. The city has become a haven for drug addicts & the crime, trash & homelessness that goes along with it. It's time to take our neighborhoods & parks back & stop this nonsense. People need to be held accountable for their actions & life choices.

Tired of welcoming panhandlers and homeless. For my first job in Sea in 1993, I had to walk by these folks to go buy a sandwich. Then I found out they were lined up for free sandwiches. Where’s the incentive to work O’Brien?

We need an advocate for the community. Not someone who continues to allow non law-abiding vagrants a free pass for all the crimes they commit.

I am tired of SOME of the homeless being allowed to break more laws than I can count. I am tired of trash, litter, used needles and human excrement all over the city. Mike O'Brien is enabling this behavior, and he must go.

Recall Mike Obrien! He has done nothing to aid the tax payers of Seattle, rather he has made life much more difficult for them.

Unsanctioned encampments are dangerous to both inhabitants and the surrounding community. Those in power, supporting them and turning a blind eye should be held legally accountable for the deaths, injuries, rapes and other crimes caused by the inhabitants. Think about The Jungle. They turned a blind eye for years on that situation. City officials are complicit and should be held legally accountable.
