I have been reading through the comments and seeing how many of you are facing the exact same uncertainty regarding your investments. Seeing this momentum grow proves that I am not the only one feeling exhausted by these constant delays. People who invested their life savings deserve the transparency we were promised from the very beginning.

After paying 9 instalments, I still do not know what the status of my property is. This is absurd as Bahria initially said that ballotting would be done for all who have paid 5 instalments.
Bahria town has done wrong with its investors. People showed interest and trust and deposited their saved money and BT owner earned interest on their money and returned nothing. Only giant investors earned small investors got loss as stock market owners with small investors.. At least balloting should be fair and cleared..No one cares about povers
Plot nos are allotted to favorite dealers which is breach of trust. This the reason despite of possession of plots and good quality of development prices could not rise as expected. DHA CITY prices are skyrocketing due transparent course of allotment and so on. We are unhappy due to unfair policies of bahria town
Bahria town karachi promised to allot plot numbers to those who will deposit their dues by 30 Mar 2016 but they did not allot the same till 28 Apr today. As per the rules they should have done it after having received 20% payment of plot. This is abnoxious, absurt and flabbergasting.
i have paid all 8 installment im genuine buyer first owner. many agents got plot numbers but I did not . my demand is genuine balloting and request from malik riaz to sack all responsible for un fair distribution of plots
please do every thing on time
Not only the balloting has been delayed but posession have been delayed from promised dates. The office management of Bahria karachi is extremely bad as few hours work takes them months to complete

Why dealers are getting plot numbers without any balloting. Why discrimination between dealers and small investors. Malik Riaz if you don't have a land for allocation please payback out invetmentsincluding surcharge.
