After paying 9 instalments, I still do not know what the status of my property is. This is absurd as Bahria initially said that ballotting would be done for all who have paid 5 instalments.

Not only the balloting has been delayed but posession have been delayed from promised dates.
The office management of Bahria karachi is extremely bad as few hours work takes them months to complete

We trust Bahria Town but they have to prove they didn't sold extra plots by assigning the numbers to those who have booked the plot and paying the installments

bahria management should ballot now, as aggression will increase day by day that will cause partiality. people are moving to dck in a huge number, and they are not interested in btk anymore.

Balloting should be announced on its scheduled time. No matter how small the area of the property people invested, they should be treated equally. Investing and constructing only few particular areas and ignored the small areas of the project is condemn able. Project within the project like we have seen in BTK recently in which constructor ignored to built small residential plots are alarming to those customers who are paying the property instalments on time. This should be addressed in the general meeting ASAP. If BTK is one project, then it will be beneficial and profitable equally for all customers who invested in the project since this project started, not to those who jumped when the preferred area constructed to make my money.
