Everyday with current off is just unbearable. Cost of electricity has been too high for too long in this country for us to be experiencing this foolishness.

My daughter is breaking out with heat rashes from the inconsistent power supply. The power goes off for 3-4 hours at a time, sometimes more. They need to terminate everyone at top level management and put in place people with experience in that industry.

Fed up with the services i am paying for. If i fail to pay them they will tirn my light off, so there must a way for me to penalize them when they fail to give me what they are contracted to do.

We deserve consistent service for the high bills we are charged. There should also be a reduction in Billings now that we did not have consistent service for months!

The events on the island of New Providence in recent weeks, with respect to BPL loadshedding, is totally unacceptable and consumers should be compensated for this major disruption to our lives. A class action suit is very much in order.

BPL,BEC,ETC ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING DAMAGES DUE TO THE INCONSISTENT SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY;
1.)Washer is not running as it should be
2.) My freezer isn't freezing as it should
3.)Lack of Wifi due to power cable
