I dont remember bec charging fuel fees and if so you never felt it like you do now. They won't pay for blown appliances and I've already been there inquiring. Their excuse was using the air conditioning ran the bill up but yet I rebuttal that every time the lights cut out n come back in the meter jumps. They held their head down and pretended like I didnt say it n repeated it I did. Nothing came out of it other than an even higher bill this time around.

It is unfair for Bahamians to go through such madness and can’t plan their personal or professional lives. I’m nervous about the beginning of the school year and fear that school will close during work hours and parents will have to leave their jobs to do early school pick up.

Enough is enough! My perfectly good working fridge stop working the other day and all the meat and food spoil. Now everyday I have to either buy food or cook in small portions cause there is nowhere to keep things fresh.

I am a business owner. My business depends on a constant electricity supply. My business has suffered immeasurably during the past few months. In addition it has taken a toll on my health since I have to work odd hours sometimes into the next morning just to make up for lost hours due to the load shedding. Commitments to clients and debtors (including bpl) must still be met! It has been BPHELL!!

My washer machine got messed up and my router. I had bpl form to filled out for weeks now to try get compensation, but I dont think it makes sense to even bother.

For to long we are being taken Advantage of, I am losing appliances and when you call them you have to find electrician or a technician to find out the cause of why it happened and then you got to see exactly when the power went off when it came back on what it did come on man sometimes we don’t even know how to self when I come back on
