This DNA should be done as a matter of course in these tragic circumstances and at no cost to a grieving family, disgusting.

this child has been denied his father because of an appalling accident he will never know the love he so clearly would have received from his father this law must be changed to be denighed a father and now to be denighed his name. His siblings will have his fathers name and he will be different

Please put fathers name on birth certificate in honer of the little baby's father.
