This is wrong maybe the law does say that the father has to be present but this baby has lost her daddy the least that can happen is she gets his name hope you get this sorted x

Thats disgusting it most definately be allowed, the dad could,ve been at war or something similar and couldn,t be there,because of unforesen circumstances
