Baby denied father's name because he died before birth was registered.

Give that little girl her daddys name! how disgusting and immoral can this government be??? what a pathetic rule!! i really.... really hope this is scrapped and that little girl gers her daddys name, to cary on through life in his memory. thinkin of them all x

This happened to a friend of mine, the law definitely needs to change

Life is bloody hard as it is. The gov should step in and make it easier to proove fatherhood and scrap the need for DNA tests. Show some heart.
