Baby denied father's name because he died before birth was registered.

The courts need to wake up and show some compassion towards this case they should be acting in the public interest instead of trying to extort money for such a simple process.

Under the circumstances i think the babys dad should be able to go on the birth certifacate its not fair on the farther or baby its not like he planned his death i think its ridicolous situations like this happen i feel for this woman

This could happen to so many people who are not married when a baby is born .Who knows when tragedy will strike .This poor mum is going through enough without the worry of finding all this money .So sad !!
