That is disgraceful, my heart goes out to you Sarah Hun. I carnt believe how they are treating you astho your not going through enough heartbreak as it is, I hope it all works out for you and your baby. Fingers crossed for you . :) x

I'm really sad this has happened to someone else. I was 14 wks with our second child when he passed and we had been for our scans, clinic, doctors appointments. By the time I went to register our daughter I was unable the same as you to put his name dwn as father but I put his surname down as her surname. I was greiving so much that I didn't have the strength or the money to fight it. Tht to me is 1 of my biggest regrets. So plez don't give up this fight. Know that David is always with u and shenayah and giving u the strength to see this through.my heart goes out to u n ur girl, I wish u love and hope big hugs sent ur way...mandy. xx

This is disgusting I am ashamed of being British when we do this to a new born baby and her mum who has lost her partner and the father of this precious baby girl. Shame on the people who make these stupid degrading laws. They are implying this baby was not conceived within the relationship the mother claims. How degrading. This lady deserves better
