Baby denied father's name because he died before birth was registered.

This is awful.. Such a horrible thing to happen. And then this.. Feel for grieving family some people just don't think.. Keep fighting for it and stay strong!!

Please give this baby her deceased fathers name.

Life is going to be hard enough for this young woman and her baby daughter without having to fight the system too.

This has infuriated me, I give my full support to this cause.

I am so sad to hear that this has happened to someone else. My partner of 4 years passed away when i was 14 wks pregnant with his second child. He was at hospital and doctors appointments and seen our 1 scan together jst a few wks before he passed. We already had a son born 2 years before he passed. When i went to register our daughter i was heartbroken when i couldnt put his name down and whole heartedly wished he cld see his daughter. I was also told of the expense and courts i would have to go through but because i was greiving i didnt have the strength to fight it or the money. I sorely wish i did have, although when i did register our daughter i still gave her his surname on the certificate although i wasnt allowed to put his name in as the father. I wish u all the love n strength at this devastating time for you. Also plez know tht david will be there willing u all the way. please find strength in ur loved 1s and david will live through ur daughter everyday peace and love be with you and shenayah love mandy

Disgusting asking for £4,000, as if they haven't been through enough !!! It's his baby girl give her her last piece of her daddy !!! And give her his name x fingers crossed it all works out x
