Howard County needs to step up it's game. I have no idea why it bothers the system so much to change it. Keep fighting!

HoCo high schools are horrible at enforcing Maryland's Trans Guidelines/laws. I hope this gets 1000 signatures fast so these people can be brought to justice.

The current stance of the HCPSS on gender markers is outdated and needs to be changed!

As a member of the LGBT community in Howard County, I myself have always been deeply frustrated by the stiffness of policy regarding gender marking in the county. I would love to see a little more forward-thinking action from the Board of Ed on this issue.

Openness, honesty, acceptance, love. The world is changing! HoCo needs to embrace it and step up.

This behavior is not only revolting but possibly illegal to refuse to change gender in the system because the 'haven't had the surgery'

She's a girl, therefore she is female. Plain and simple.

Seriously, this is low hanging fruit. To what end does this serve to torture this girl and her parents?

She is a girl. Period, end of story. Let her live as the self she is, without harassment, ambiguity and additional stress.
