I think it is important to give AYSO the field space it needs. It is one of the few youth organizations, that is so inclusive and gets everyone to play.

AYSO is a vital part of our community and public entities should do all they can to support an organization that is accessible to all.

I've coached countless boys and girls on the Paul Revere fields as an AYSO coach for many years. I've watched 6 year olds learn to kick the ball for the first time there and 13 year olds shred their opponents with the seasoned dribbling of long time players. I've seen neighbors become friends on the sidelines and teams become small communities as parents and kids spend time together and even travel as a team in post season play. And all of this strengthens our community. The centrality of the Revere fields, located as they are between the Palisades and Brentwood, have made them the literal heart of the AYSO program. That and the fact that the combination of the Sunset and Garden fields allows a broad range of teams and ages to be served. I can remember times when I coached a U10 game on a Garden field and then walked over to cheer a former player take the Sunset field as a U12 player. The accessibility of the league to players and the camaraderie and togetherness forged in AYSO at these fields are valuable resources to our community. I'm hopeful that we will protect them by saving adequate field space for AYSO, which would include the Sunset field as well as The Garden fields.

OK, I realize there are people out there going thru though times - starvation, war, illness, etc. so, worrying about soccer field seems ridiculous. So, while trying to keep things in perspective, it it was not for AYSO, a large number of our children would **never** get a chance to play soccer, run round, compete and learn this beautiful global sport. And for those of us who passionately love refereeing soccer, it it was not for AYSO, we would never get a chance to get started. I love club soccer but we must never squeeze out AYSO!

My two sons, local public school students, played several years with AYSO Region 69, any my husband was a volunteer referee for years beyond their involvement. There is no better community sports organization than AYSO, which benefits and welcomes children at any level of skill. I wish I didn't think that some undue influence was brought to bear on this decision and I regret that the decision maker does not come forward and explain what determined the choice to award a group that favors 75 children over @1400.

There are so few fields available and yet so much space at Paul Revere an equitable arrangement should be possible.

Both of my children played in AYSO69 for many years. It was an amazing, affordable, experience that helped to foster their interest in sports and living a healthy lifestyle. They both continue to play soccer many years after. It is incomprehensible to me that a public high school would favor a small exclusive for profit club team in detriment to the vast number of children that play for AYSO.

Please do not deprive us of a game we have consistently held for almost two decades with fellow coaches and parents of our community. Thank you and best wishes. ⚽️GO AYSO⚽️

AYSO needs space to develop the fitness of the local kids. Keeping obesity at bay whilst providing a fun safe fulfilling outlet for soccer skills

In recent years, there has been a public outcry for "transparency" where the interests of the public are at stake. It is precisely in closed door matters like public field use that the persons responsible should be called upon to explain their actions.

All three of my kids are Paul Revere students. And all three have played AYSO. I do not understand how the fields can be taken away from an organization that is open to everyone and has multitudes more players and be given to a group that excludes all but a few.
