Our avista Bill went up so high I could not believe it. I had no idea how we are going to continue to pay when it's very odd to me that my bills over the months have kept going up... we even weatherized and quite use heat as much and all these things because we truly can't afford it and the bill each month is still going up. Is there anything we can do to get out money back or find out what's really goingnon?

I failed to understand how our bill was so high when we were in a Hotel almost that entire week! We had to pay for the hotel for us as well as our pets "and" had to pay for power for that week!! They made me feel stupid when I called them!

I agree, my bill is higher than ever and when I called I was told from the storm caused a lot of unreasoning with the High bills. but be rest assured It will fix its self, Um didn't. and really I had to pay it or get shut off. I had no winning chance for them to correct anything...No real answers I conserve I save I have a limited income raising 3 grand children I can't afford there mistakes and no credits or corrections.

Avista miscalculated my bill by $5OO took me forever to catch up on my bill and when you live paycheck to paycheck someone else laziness is not an excuse I care to hear

my son is on disability and is on a VERY tight budget! There is no more to budget! The bill has kept going up and up the last several months and the most resent is over 150.00 a month! Something needs to be done!

Maybe Mr Morris could take a little less pay, there's no reason anybody in Spokane should be making over $5 million dollars a year in salary.
