I just want fare and just. I live in a tiny 1 bedroom apartment, a bill of $193 just makes no sense. That's me being honest and true. If Avista thinks they can toy with our hard earned money, and precious time I'll do anything to let them know their wrong.

My bill went up almost $250 I don't change any temps in my house, everything gets unplugged n were not home except 2 n half hours befor bedtime daily

I agree 100%. We need more than just one option for electricity company. My bill has been ridiculous.

Not fair to the people. It's getting harder to live these days with companies raising our bills for profit. The wealthy are getting richer by stepping on the poor its not right. People are struggling to keep food on the table, a roof over their heads and while worrying how to keep the lights on and their house warm because they can't afford to pay a outrageous bill to avista. Fearing any day the will come disconnect their services.

My bill doubled they had to have read mine wrong. It is not unusual for them to miss read I've had elderly clients they have done this to. Luckily they were still very sharp and knew that their bill should not change by $150.

My bill has jumped tremendously. Almost 100 a month for the past two months, nothing has changed in my house.

We use wood heat exclusively. Our electric continues to skyrocket.The more we try and save the more Avista claims they have to increase rates because the share holders are not profiting.I cannot charge Avista when I have to upgrade they should not be able to charge me.
