Our statement in December was 100.00 more than the month before even with the energy use the same as the month before. January is even higher and has had less energy used than December!

Our bill had in increase as well. Its hard to afford the increase on top of the other bills we have. Its getting ridiculous.

My bill in November was $84. I live in a duplex with just myself and my 2 children. Only 1 TV in the house and 1 laptop. My December bill was $450. How is that possible? I expected to pay more for winter months, but not that much more. That is half my rent. January's bill was $390. My sister was in town and stayed with me for most of January, and the usage went down? It doesn't make any sense.

I can't believe how expensive my power bill is! My heaters are turned lower than they were even last year at this time, and my bill was still double what I paid last year! I live in such a small apartment, there's no way that's right!

They came to my door today and told me I was getting shut off even though I paid them over 300 dollars in less then a month. One lady told me and my husband that the bill was only 265 another person in less then and half an hour said we owed over 300. They have no clue what how much my bill truly is and are still going to shut me off.
