Women deserve to birth where they feel most safe and supported. My homebirth was the best experience of my life and I want that choice for my daughter too.
My midwife was a lifesaver. Without her I wouldnt have had the birth I wanted. Fix this mess!
This is nothing but a monopoly by the big hospitals. Let midwives work. Choice is everything.
Every woman should have the right to choose her care provider. Stop pushing the medical model on us when we know what we want for our bodies.
Ridiculous to force these women out of work. Midwives are professionals and should have the same access to insurance as anyone else.

So unfair. Why are we making it harder for parents? Give them the same medicare funding and be done with it.
