Thank you. I felt I have been silenced as a woman questioning the blind obedience to trans demands. Empathy for those of different sexualising orientations is important. Empathy for the historical and continuing struggle of women is equally important. One group's rights should not extonguish the rights of another group.

I have been a Greens supporter my entire adult life. This my friends, is the deal breaker.

The dogmatic response from the Greens leadership and the manoeuvring to shut out discussion, debate and people with a different point of view is deplorable.

It is distressing to see women's rights eroded by patriarchal and misogynist ideas and practices which are still entrenched in the Greens despite clear evidence of this discrimination. It is disturbing that this is now mainstream thinking and that there is no recognition of the impact on women and girls into the future.

This madness has to stop. The adults need to stand up and take over. You cannot change sex. We are selling our children a bridge and we are selling our women out.

Lesbians born and raised female have lost the right to free and peaceful assembly since transgender identified Sally Goldner took the organizers of a lesbian festival to court in 2000. For discrimination of trans identified males wanting access to same sex orientated lesbian spaces. The judge sided with this person and used anti discrimination laws the women had fought for, against lesbians born female. This happened 22 years ago! Lesbians who didn't want male bodied 'persons' included in their festivals, gatherings etc. were forced underground and keep their gatherings private. It has become much worse since that time. Now trans identified males are demanding access to ALL female only spaces, and politicians are backing them up in law making and 'equal opportunity' privileges that are detrimental to all girls, women and lesbians. I feel furious about this. Sex based rights for women should be protected into the future!
