Negative gearing only benefits investors and it is costing tax payers billions of dollars each year. Why is it that politicians are so reluctant to get rid of negative gearing? Disclosing negatively geared assets might explain why!!!

Allowing wealthy people (politicians included) to write off losses on an asset against the tax due from an entirely unrelated income stream is contributing to the unaffordability crisis facing future generations in Australia. NG must end now!!
