Every person I have mentioned this forced unionization to has been baffled and said "Unions don't work like that, they are suppose to represent the workers." So give us a chance to speak at least be it for good or ill.

This is the first I have heard of that union is doing hand shaking without the acknowledge of the employee. This is not the union that I would like to join. I would like to have a say in the matter. We should have the right to vote on union membership

In deciding a career, a reason for choosing this field was knowing it was not inundated with unions. I am vehemently opposed to any union being forced on my Professional Position within AHS.

This shouldn't be a unilateral AHS decision - contract agreements need to be agreed to by both parties
