All elected leaders, Senators, MPs, Governors, MCAs and all those who receive a salary and then a sitting allowance must NOT TAX us twice. It's illegal. It's robbery without violence. They must return our money and be sent to jail. Sarah Serem and the Salaries and Remuneration Commisssion which approved this must be held responsible and must pay back and in addition go to jail.

This is standard practise in any business. Expenses before being paid should be audited. Some of the audit criteria being that valid evidence(e.g. receipt) and reason(i.e. lives xK and spends yK on transport).
