lets take a stance as the current Tanzanian president Hon Magufuli's approach to corruption. Resources meant to benefit the county should be used for beneficial projects in the county and all expenses incurred on foreign trips and allowances paid should be return. Otherwise, let the County government demonstrate the benefits of such trips to the county.
