1-2-2023 Exela Technologies verbally implemented a 4-Point Attendance Policy. On 2-1-2024 the Employee Handbook was updated in which the Attendance Policy states a 10-Point Attendance Policy. By signing the petition you are agreeing that you never seen a physical copy of the Revised 4-Point Attendance Policy, nor did you sign a document acknowledging seeing a physical copy of the Revised 4-Point Attendance Policy. When providing your signature know it is unlawful to have any retaliatory actions against you for supplying you're signature.

This 4 point system leaves no room for natural life events that may occur. It’s absurd and nothing more than micromanagement to try to control the general work population by using scare tactics.

Exela has a long history of going against ADA laws and trying to make fake policies that goes against most federal laws. Even supervisors try to pass their own rules and try to fake passing them off as policies. This is just one example of how badly exela needs a complete overhaul of all of the members of management.
