Cleaning service need to be improved.. Saturday and Sunday need to maintain the cleanliness of rubbish area at each floor. Poor security service where they are unable to identify between residents and visitors. Should give special privilege and respect to residents. Infront of the door step we can smell bad smell. I presume they don't use quality detergent. Lift are wet and dirty

The management has increased maintenance fees which suppose to provide a better service for resident's. But unfortunately we feel unsecured. Security staff is unethical where one of them able to tease a teenage resident and her friend who is a visitor.

Feeling insecure with the current batch of improper train and inexperience of youngster security guard. We also prefer security should have an experience Supervisor at least!!
