Fully support on this petition, Atmosfera now is getting more worst compared on 2012 while vacant possession which the management of the maintenance done by Villamas and/or our JMB members or management more than five years in positions getting more comfortable on their post. Sometimes throughout my observations the things they done the priority was not there. With amount fee's paid to date, we could have a better lift services not like Low or medium cost apartments, feel silly to visitor which staying at MKiara which theirs fee's just about us. Thanks

Management is very ignorant in keeping owner's maintenance records up to date. Requesting for 2016 receipts from the owner instead of keeping the records by themselves!
