It should go without saying that supporting local businesses in any way possible, providing employment opportunities, and encouraging the growth of our local restaurant scene take precedence over parking spaces. Absolutely keep this wonderful amenity open and available for locals and visitors alike to continue to enjoy!

One of the most authentic experiences in Aspen dining. There is nothing “temporary” about the chalet as ownership went above and beyond to provide a wonderful aspen experience. Additionally, a new strain of covid is on the increase starting in other countries, just as it originally began. I believe that ordering to have it removed is premature, especially if restaurants have to return to limited capacity for indoor dining.

The French alpine Bistro is my favorite Aspen restaurant. We recently dined in the Chalet for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere. It is reflective of the original restaurant but provides a different vibe, needed additional seating and valuable employment opportunities for the local community. S’il vous plaÎt ... The Creperie/Chalet has become a beautiful icon for Aspen. And with amazingly yummy food. Why in the world would City Council want it to go away? Absolutely crazy. And very sad loss for the town.
