love the outdoor seating, not at all related to the pandemic. just love that if offers options for those who prefer outdoors. Also love that it offers jobs!!!

We LOVE the French Alpine Bistro. Our primary home is in Texas, but we have a place in Snowmass. We always, always go to the Alpine Bistro, even if we are in CO just for a few days. SAVE THE FRENCH ALPINE Bistro!!!!

All my Aspen experiences have included The Chalet! I’ve been twice and can’t see myself not being able to go back when I visit again! It’s a must have! 10/10 experience! High recommend!

We were in town a couple of weeks ago and ate at the Alpine Bistro twice. It is our favorite winter restaurant. We were seated both times in the Chalet and would hate for Aspen to lose it. It is magical.
