With restaurants going out in of business at the rate they have been in 2021, you would think that the city would do everything in their power to keep even a temporary fix going for another small business!

Having outdoor dining is makes places like this so charming. The bistro is one of the most cozy outdoor dining options available for people who love it as much as I do. It would be a shame to lose it just to fit two extra cars in the spot.

My husband, family and I love "the Chalet" at the French Bistro! It's darling and offers additional comfortable seating for one of Aspen's favorite restaurants (that's not through-the-roof expensive). J'adore le Chalet!
