As former residence of Aspen and regular visitors, we chose to celebrate my father’s 86th birthday at this wonderful restaurant and sat in the chalet. Had the chalet not been available they could not have accommodated our group and one of the most special memories we will ever make in Aspen.

Please let them maintain this additional space. It is so tiny inside, even with the downstairs patio, that they desperately need the seating because they're so popular. There will be a lot more lost than gained by forcing them to take it down. Support small, independent businesses!
