This is my favorite restaurant and I absolutely love the outside space. This allows more patrons to enjoy their amazing food and be treated to exceptional service by the staff.

There is no urgency to end this wonderful Chalet. Let them continue with a temporary easement and should a change in circumstances occur the issue can be revisited at that time.

Aspen is a winter sports resort. And a winter sports resort needs a place like the Chalet of French Alpine Bistro. It's very good for the city.

This French Alpine Chalet has added so much character to Mill St. And Aspen! Everyone loves it and looks forward to sharing dinners and lunches in the true spirit of Aspen and mountain charm! It’s starting to feel like Aspen Government is ok with losing things that have made Aspen what it is. Why people travel from all over the world for “ champagne powder” and the unique places like the Creperie’s Chalet , Cloud Nine, the Woody Creek Tavern and many of the local treasures.
Let’s not lose it! Soon, people won’t want to come here because it will be generic and boring .
Please let the Chalet Stay!!! ❤️

Please allow this to remain open, it only adds to the charm and allure of Aspen in addition to providing to the local community. Not sure why this is even up for discussion other than a few parking spaces which seems so trivial in comparison to the benefits added.
