My union didn't ask the members and just agreed this with LU. If this goes through, I am leaving ASLEF after 23 years.

Utter madness, our TFC reps like Comfort and Crowley are never going to suffer this as they are on full release and are near retirement, but it's ok to stick the pile on us, they need to apologise and resind this terrible stitch up, if not I am joining the rmt

Disgraceful, what are you doing?

I voted against this in 2015 and nothing has changed so why have my reps decided to force this upon us against almost everyone's wishes. Also I seem to remember voting a few months ago to prevent management imposing changes to our agreements yet here is my union agreeing to change agreements that we fought for decades to achieve. Absolutely disgusting. As much as I've always detested the other union I'm off to join them because they at least seem more interested in protecting us drivers

Please rethink your strategy

Unbelievable that my union, Aslef, has sold us down the river! We went on strike to stop night tube duties coming onto our roster. And now the deal has already been done. I don't like doing nights but I do them because I'm not in the mafia and it's only about twice a year I have to do them but with the NT turns merging into the fulltime roster I would have to do them at least 6/7 times a year. Absolutely scandalous Aslef. Back when the 4 day week was coming in I spoke face to face with TFC rep Gary Comfort and he told me that the framework wouldn't be touched and the duties wouldn't impact the 5 day week T/Ops. That turned out to be a lie and when I confronted Gary Comfort he denied ever saying that to me. A barefaced lie. I swore I'd never trust that man again and I was right to do so as he is the man that has done this deal. I've already told my Rep I'm leaving the union and already applied to the RMT.
