position on night tube

I just left night tube and was so happy to have left. Anyone working night tube can tell you how miserable we are doing those shifts. The union has an obligation to ask their members about such important matters before taking a decision, not sell is down the river at the first opportunity.

ASLEF TFC the management go to when shafting drivers terms and conditions. Time the majority of them TFC losers went back to driving trains and experienced some of the rubbish they have agreed to without asking the membership.

This was not consulted with any regular night shift driver on what they think about it

I can't work all these nights, I have young kids to look after. Why is ASLEF doing this to us?

Something like this needs member's to vote on Not just pushed through No point in union other wise

As a LU Train Driver and Union man I must admit I'm very upset with our unions concerning Night Tube negotiations and especially those of us that wish to remain NT.

I was not consulted at all and I am a full time train op. Each member should vote on it. This is the only fair way to do it. Our terms and conditions cannot be changed without our voice being heard first. It is not too late!

Should have been put to a vote. Negotiations had been going on for a long time; sufficient time to gauge some sort of feedback

Happy with the deal as I’m going from Stations to FT and not stations to NT

I’m going to work all the ones I can and increase my salary by almost 10k

Can’t believe this has been agreed after all we went through in 2015. Utter disregard for the membership.

Permanent staff strike already for this not to be part of the rosta hence the employment of night tube drivers. This effects our work/life balance. We're also being left in the dark about how and when this is going to start. We the paying members have not been given a say on this matter or a vote considering it was rejected before!

Totally unacceptable from Aslef, I didn’t agree to it or wasn’t consulted once. This Was just imposed by my rep and senior reps, resign! U failed the membership

this is a travesty Aslef have completely lost touch with the membership and where is the consultation everyone evolved should hang their heads in shame.

Not happy with the disparity in pay between legacy TO23 and TO21 doing same NT shift. A better, fairer way can and should be found.

This is a shameful deal that my union has signed up to. I've been a member of aslef for over 30 years and I will be calling a day on my membership. Why would a union who say they represent drivers sell us out for so little?? The aslef tfc have lost us members and they all need to resign immediately for even thinking about bringing this crap to my line. 10 of my aslef driver friends have already left yesterday and joined the rmt why would I stay and be sold out

The union is run by it's members not those we elect to represent us every one can see the impact the deal will have to our shift patterns and will make it hard to get weekends off

Disgraceful behaviour by a union I've been a member for 30 years, wonder what they will sell me out on next, Maybe my hard earned pension will be next up for sell off, TFC did not listen to the members and our reps failed or were not listened to when telling TFC how members felt, we are a union with no principles and say what you like about the other mob in embarrassing letters,but atleast they listen to their members
