I’m on a line which currently has no night tube. You’re effectively guaranteeing night tube will be brought in now as it’s so easy for them to do. It will ruin night turns for many mafia night drivers (meaning more of us will be forced to work nights away from our families) and if they do anything like they originally planned back in 2015 they’ll add night turns on to the end of a week of lates meaning many who do late turns won’t want to do them either. Both unions stood against these plans 6 years ago, we lost pay for it, why mess this up for the sake of a few hundred quid?

They have no right to change our framework agreement without a fair ballot or referendum. What union would actively and unilaterally increase its members unsocial wkend working hours without explicit consent !

Please can people ensure their petition account ‘signature’ name is their full name, even if you keep your commenting alias as ‘anonymous’.
To the antagonists who have mentioned the amount of anonymous commenters (comments now removed) as if commenting anonymously invalidates the signing of this petition, fear not. There are only less than a handful that we cannot currently match to an actual ‘signature’ name.

Genuinely, when did any of the full timers who came up with this devestating plan drive a train for 8 hours? When did they work a weekend? When did they work an 8 hour weekend night shift on a train full of drunk aggressive blokes?
They haven't driven trains in decades in some cases, so how can they represent us?

What an absolute disgrace, how can ASLEF sell out its members like this. How on earth, can there TFC call themselves trade unionists, a complete embarrassment to their union. Shame on you all.

Having already successfully balloted members to protect terms and conditions, tfc reps then sell the membership down the river for who knows what ?
Crowley Comfort and co are clearly not spending nearly enough time in the depots gauging opinions and complacency has set in.
I can tell you directly from the shop floor that there appears to be only one union listening to the views of drivers.
I'm off.

We had a strike years ago to get work life balance and we succeeded. This would undo all previous good work. This is frankly retrograde.

32 years of membership, almost near retirement, we are meant to leave a legacy is this what we are leaving to the new drivers? And all those here thinking of leaving I don't blame you as our union has let us down but maybe the solution is to change our senior reps who have totally ignored it's members, we all want NT drivers to get FT but not at detriment of our agreements which we earned by going on strikes, also I think Finn needs to put a statement out explaining why this deal was accepted
Not happy about this at all.. gonna change to rmt
Nights…. No thanks
Terrible decision.
Disgusting behaviour from aslef
