When 911 sends help the reality is for some that hell arrives. All citizens are to have rights guaranteed by our Constitution, but that is taken from a victim when law enforcement uses their own discretion to what crime is. Crimes are defined by Federal laws and Michigan Complied Laws. They are written in black and white and need be upheld by our Courts and Laws. Law enforcement and Barry County courts are depriving our neighbors of due process of the law and equal protection of the laws. No where is Barry County, Mi voided in the Constitution of the United States. We need a investigation into the abuse of power which has directly abused the abused. We need a investigation to help secure our next generation.
